Some friends and I used to raft up in Lloyd Harbor and the Sand Hole. Is there any interest in doing one this summer with some nyangler people?
Probably a longshot but I thought I would throw it out there.
Any interest in a raft up?

Sure I'm game !!!. BUT, i think we should have it in the "Basin" on the New Meadows River in Mid Coast Maine !!!! It's a great quiet anchorage asses able by boat only.
Disclaimer: this is Mud bottom and ledges, no sand for many miles . Also no beach. 🙂

Nantucket in the Summer ?? 😱While it's a beautiful place its to busy for me in the summer. Not sure how far you are from Nantucket but we are (Roccus) and I about 145 NM from the rock. 🙂 As a matter of fact, it's shorter for us to go to Georges than Nantucket. 😊

Yeah I'm aware of the hazards of entering the sand hole. It doesn't seem like there is any interest so it's a moot point right now. But thanks for the heads up.

I would be good for Aug 17. I'm off and free. If there is any other interest we could shoot for that day. But seeing as this post has been up for a while with no interest it may be beating a dead horse.
