Trying a pork shoulder in the smoker today. It’s about 10lbs and cost less than $15 so I figured why not give it a shot. Put it in a few minutes ago

So all in all it went well
The late start didn’t help
Hit a point of temperature plateau at 176 for what seemed like forever then got up to my target of 195 after 11 hrs?

I Did one once..... once.

Not same method or size but tried.

I did a 5 lb on a gas Webber grill set to lowest temp I could hold for 7hrs.
I served it as pulled pork and certain parts were favorable for most but some dod not like it.

My bud had the idea and thought I was best candidate to cook it.
Him and I enjoyed it, the wives......not so much.
Oh well..... yours looks Great.
Did it serve well?

Yes Jack
It served great! Just a late dinner after an 11 hour smoke and then letting it rest before cutting it up
Got plenty left to serve again tonite?
