It's a friggin small marine mammal, and some sort cetacean, dolphin or porpoise... On a fish, the vertebral spines run up and down, vertically. Yeah, caught the typo before you posted on "fish" 2X. And yes, forgot about the tunoid quad spines... I actually posted mine almost simultaneously with yours.
