Rowing / Crew Club coming to Port Jeff Harbor

That will assure a no wake coming out of the harbor...unless you enjoy swamping them.They have a rowing club where I come out of. I love when you have to hit the horn because they’re about to slam right into your bow in the narrow channel. They look at you like your not-suppose to be there. I can’t help it that you can’t see where your rowing facing the opposite way that your going.?

Gotcha, I guess they know what they’re doing. I’d rather row in Stony Brook then get waked by ferries.

The rowing club is basically due east of the ferry dock , the ferry 'probably' slows down well north of the dock ... Some of you locals from Port Jeff might chime in on when the ferry slows while in the Harbor ......
