The steak was awesome. Miked seasoned with salt and pepper and grilled them. As you can see they came out perfect

I’m thinking about making some bone in ribeyes this Sunday. I did them before in a cast iron skillet with about a quarter inch of peanut oil. 2-3 minutes per side. Then finished them on the grill.
