Class action lawsuit filed against New York retailer in wake of seafood mislabeling report

In true NY fashion, the ambulance chasers almost beat the emts to the scene of the accident!

Less than a month after the New York Attorney General’s office said it found “rampant” seafood mislabeling at New York supermarkets, one of the retailers involved faces a potential class-action lawsuit.

I was pretty surprised at some of the retailers. Uncle Giuseppe’s is one of my favorite supermarkets, and I've bought salmon there before 🤔
