How do I shut off e-mail notifications?

I'm getting inundated! Help!

Unacceptable reply. There should be one button, probably somewhere in each members profile that shuts off all e-mail from the site.

I just tried going into Watched Threads and disabling e mail notifications. Lets see if that works.

Very acceptable, only problem is that I have already done that and the e-mails keep coming!

At the top of the page click on Watched, then click the drop down Watched Threads. On the right click on Manage Watched Threads.
