Thanks for updating our now new unsuspecting beta crew and the intro Lep 🙂. I have to admit I’ve a lot to learn about this software, but I am really looking forward to it. We use it now on other forums, all unrelated to fishing due to my now run-out non compete. And it offers a lot of great features.
As in the past we will strive to bring you a fishing community that is cutting edge. I also want it to be friendly and helpful. I think we should have a short leash on trolls and negative influencers. We will try to keep up with the communities needs and the user will always be first. We will never sell your data or make it available to 3rd parties. Your needs come first, and as long as your happy everything else will fall into,place.
There will be few to no ads out of the gate, and we will stay as ad free as possible.
We have a long term plan with a lot of features that you would expect from the founder of one of the first fishing websites on the internet. We will deliver the content you want in the form you want it. We will look for new trends daily and be your go-to site just like before. As before, we are open for suggestions and all of the help we can get. We are a team, and the truth is i made more friends on Noreast than I ever thought possible. Together we can make this fun again while sharing our knowledge and love of our sport.
Noreast was one of my greatest accomplishments, and Im confident over time we can deliver something great to NY Anglers. Selling noreast was a tough decision, one I struggle with daily, but I was dealing with a number of serious health issues from a major stoke to now being cancer free for 3 years. Family comes first in life, so the decision hurt, but it had to be done.
Today is exactly 3 years to the day that I got my last chemo treatment, and I am happy to say I’ve been cancer free since!
Now it’s time to turn the page and get back to the things I enjoy in life. And the fine people and many great friends I met on the internet are irreplaceable.
So please let us know when something isn’t working or if there’s something you’d like added to the site. We will do our best to accommodate you.
