Not me! I can do it, but I hate it. I'm not much of a dessert person anyway.

My Mary makes some incredible pies, cakes and cookies every Holiday.

My wife tries. I just go to the bakery.

COSTCO sells a $10.00, very big 2 bag of OATMEAL,
made by eye an OATMEAL loaf on a 9x12 glass dish of 3-4 cups of oats, 1/2 quart buttermilk 2-3 eggs, vanilla, nutmeg, (soaked in 1/2 quart dark rum, are raisins or figs or prunes) banana, bunch of walnuts, some oil or stick of butter or both, alot of honey and or maple sysrup, .. mix in bowls, transfer to glass dish, 350' and it all sticks together when cooled... all for less than $2.00, delicious, satisfying, and great... brown or white sugar not preferred., flour, baking sodas and baking powder need not apply...

There's a lot of science involved in baking, you have to do thing just right and be careful on measurements or things come out nasty.

i based this recipe from the easy oatmeal recipe on package, its just bumped it up... cellfish...
