In regards to all award shows I take a pass. The entertainment industry tends to forget that their main reason for existence is to entertain viewers and help them forget about all the nonsense in the world. Instead of that we have to listen to diatribes about their political views and beliefs. I don’t care if you’re right or left keep it to yourself and entertain. The end.

no spoiler - not even a fan (I know. Heaven forbid!! Find Bohemian Rhapsody overplayed as a matter of fact - a channel changer) - just found your reply interesting so I thought I'd look around.

i guess the movies had their Golden Years when peeps walked out of theathers and there was an impact from the talented acting and original stories.. but today it seems to be mostly mediocre stuff and even disappointing. this movie out now is " A Star Is Born ". ex: Lady Gaga and her troubled Beau. me wife says its the third remake, the first Judy Garland, the second Barbara Streisand... cellfish...

tomorrow night, cellfish...

With hearing aids, not a big movie [U]goer [/U]anymore. But I watch virtually everything once they come to cable. No background noise and cc ! I don't think we went to a theater in 2018... 40 years ago we went every weekend.

LOL, the last movie we saw nearly 20 year ago, other than a few late this year, was Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon... it was during Holiday Time sitting so near to strangers and having this CAFONE ' chomping on POP CORN as if it were a Saturday Matinee, ( heard every crunch )... nice move, sub titled, bad neighbors... cellfish...
