He went back to the UK to be with family after spending the last 7 months here. He tried to return this week & was denied a Visa.
He's had to hire a lawyer ($5000) & has to prove he has an investment here before they will issue him a Visa. I've just had to send his lawyer a full Financial Accounting of what he's been doing/spent/invested while here.
Never had an issue before. This time they denied him.
At this point we don't know when he'll be permitted to return.
Now looking into dual citizenship.
Meanwhile - the building & his business just sits............
