the smallest I've seen is 4 ponds - that's more leftovers then I;ll ever eat.....................

I'd be throwing t out.

Guess I could buy the smallest one - cut it in half & freeze the other half for another day.
I've kinda missed out on the corned beef & cabbage thing for the last two or three years. There's only 1 Irish Pub in town & you can't even get in the door unless you show up around noon.

oh - and I don't eat leftovers................................................
