I don’t understand how she is qualified to run a billion dollar program. With homelessness at an all time high shouldn’t someone more qualified be running the show? I feel like I’m in a time warp back to the Dinkin years. I had a guy on 96th street try to clean my windshield last week.

Just like Mangano's wife was qualified for a six figure no-show job, or Deninberg's wife was qualified for a management position at a psychiatric hospital, even after he was locked up for defrauding clients. Just like Jussie is going to be spending the rest of his life searching for the Trump supporters who attacked him and O. J. is still looking for the real murderer of his ex-wife and Ron Goldman.

The whole system is just so G-D crooked it's appalling.
