Isn't part of the reason we do vaccinate is to prevent plaques or widespread outbreaks of potentially deadly diseases?

My favorite retort to the likes of DeNiro, McCarthy, *et al. *is to ask them if they recognize what the picture below is. They can't, and I tell them the reason, "Because Jonas Salk formulated an effective polio vaccine, effectively wiping out polio, so no need for iron lungs anymore."


What’s amazing is they had someone from the community on NPR today stating that it is not a religious belief. It is anti-vac nuts that aren’t vaccinating their kids. Wait till the holidays starts and they’re all jammed in together in synagogues.

My sons friend just was booted from Smithtown West for not having any vaccinations He's junior mind you. How he made it so long I have no clue.
His parents are not religious but odd vegan health nuts (idiots).
Now he's to be home schooled online by the district as if he was hospitalized long term from an injury. I know the kid isn't happy but not much of a deterrent for fruits like his parents.
