**we had gary come out on a recon mission in Moriches on a shake down cruise on our charter boat the FAIR CHASE II. he had a blast taking schoolies on poppers in various spots around the bay. we then stopped on a rockpile and had some blackfish. most were shorts but with the water temps reaching 52 degrees the bigger fish should be moving in this week. big blues should be in any day now. We are booking lite tackle bay trips now.
