The People’s Republic of China (PRC) appears to be calling for war—a war it may well get. But it is a war that will not stay confined to that body of water, and a war that could ultimately end with regime change in Beijing.

One People’s Liberation Army (PLA) officer recently exhorted PLA Navy vessels to ram and sink U.S. Navy ships conducting freedom of navigation operations in the SCS. Another called for the sinking of two U.S. aircraft carriers and killing upward of 10,000 U.S. sailors to force the U.S. from these hotly contested waters.

Lol. Sure how’s that thesis working out with the 10 year down to 2.25%. They can’t and as Europe is going into recession they are buying our bonds. For now not an issue. And if it becomes one the Fed will buy everything on sight.

My mileage may vary Wader, :) as you like to always say. No I don't want or condone for a military war. But honestly, enough is enough with trade imbalances and IP theft etc.. I guess I am a nationalist. .bring it on.

no one disagrees that the trade imbalance and theft of IP is a problem....the way we are trying to correct it is where the disagreement comes in....

What’s the right way to do it? I haven’t heard one democratic politician state what their plan would be. Too busy launching investigations, putting more horses in the next race, and worrying about bathrooms people are allowed to use.

The democrats are not in charge....but the right way is negotiate and diplomacy....not brow beating and threatening the entire world like some spoiled lil brat who all his life got away with that crap in the private world. The Chinese will fall on a sword before looking bad in front of their people and losing face....that's a big friggin deal in Asia.......and as for Mexico..well nothing like making people stay their than destroying their economy with tariffs.....BRILLIANT!!!!

I love you’re well thought out opinion on the tariffs on Mexico. The way asylum works is that you are supposed to get it from the first country you enter after you leave yours. It’s not dealers choice. Mexico doesn’t stop these caravans. Mexico isn’t helping so now they pay and pay they will. The president of mexico is going to fold like the Buffalo Bills in the Super Bowl. Two weeks of tariffs and he will be begging for Trump to make it stop. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Sorry pal.
