Fair conditions , back bay , early creature hours, arrived as 2 guys were just finishing suiting up . One would think that anyone there at 3:30 would have a clue , but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Headlamps on for the walk out, LOUD talking, tangling each other up although there was enough room for three, just a pair of pains in the ass. Hopefully won't see those two again, NO BITE

There have always been anglers like this but I do think it's worse today. The last thing I want to hear on a nice night of fishing is someones personal phone call

My favorite is when they put the phone on speaker so I can hear there other yard screaming into the phone as well. I notice more and more of this BS everywhere not to mention on the boat.

No different than being out on the Shinnecock reef when a boat full of bozo's wanna make sure their radio is loud enough for everybody else to hear or they hoot and holler over every fish they feel hit them:rolleyes::eek:

Many anglers have no clue how far their noise carries across the water. Last year I was in waders freshwater fishing and these two kids in a kayak stop 10 yards away from me and they're directly in my way. So I kindly explain to them that they should be considerate of the situation and they moved away. A few minutes later I hear clear as day 'He is a grouchy old bastard" ?

At least they were honest. ;) I would take that as a compliment, although I prefer "Curmudgeon" over "Bastard"!!

Head lamps and flashlights are a real problem down here. With these new high intensity LED head lamps it sometimes looks like aliens have invaded the beach lol.
