Three of us went out yesterday in Jamaica Bay from 1pm to 3 pm and tried our luck for stripers, there were bunkers all over the whole time we were there. We fished the back and saw a few boats troll up a few, couple shorts and couple keepers. As for us we had 7 run off's but no takers. We did manage 2 big searobins lol.
