Yes, folks passing over the stop line is a bit UN-nerving... problem is STOP SIGNS are too near the crosswalk, additional Stop Sign 100 feet prior to the Stop Line would help that problem, " an earlier warning "... Cellie...

you know whats more dangerous when you driving STOP....and now you go the person texting and have their head glued to the phone is just walking without even looking.

"passing over the stop line!" Hell, I am talking about people that live on my street and blow through both of the signs without even slowing down from their usual 45 ! Had a cop here not too long ago and the asshat just gave the few he went after a "warning."
