**Best thing we did, well, besides converting to gas heat, was installing Ductless AC. Didn't lose any closet or attic space, only cool off the rooms you want. Got to close off the holes the two wall airconditioners were in which helps heating in the winter. Yeah, not cheap, but you can't take it with you. (and the gas heat conversion paid for itself in just three years !)**

Not fond of having lunch and sweating at da same time... ?? cellie...

We have a "dirty air" warning until 11PM tonight. Hold your breath !

just got back from kayak fishing off Matzahpizza. Just shorts again but I can vouch for it being hot. Another ozone alert for the area from 11AM to 11PM. At least I didn't contribute to it for three hours...
