hi all ny anglers,, got out with maureen yesterday to try for some porygs in the bay,, got to a drop and bingo the first porgy was the biggest of the day,, after a few mins who comes up to us was SEANOTE to say hello, than a guy came right up mugging us where we were fishing, )-: a few others ny anglers said hello with a wave,,, back to fishing,,, a porgy here and there ,, i heard the bay was loaded with porgys ,, not for us yesterday some here and there,, some were on structure and not on open ground yet,,,i felt that how it was,,a great weather day on the water for maureen and i,, the morning water on the bay was real nice,,,, fishing was slow,, a few chops,, some small fluke on the porgy rigs a couple on nut cracker fish,, and couple of rockin robins,, that was it,,,,, fun day on the water with maureen its been a long while fishing together,, called it a day about 130, we were hiding out of the wind the came up on us,, when we pulled out of our hiding space it was a slow ride back into the wind,, so we, had 6 porgys for the table,,, have not eating any fresh fish yet this season,, the chops were good last nite ,, we had wonton soup fried rice ,, egg roll and the porgy nuggets fried,,,,, so ill say all stay well be safe out there,,MOJOE OUT [COLOR=rgb(26, 188, 156)] ><))):>

went out again today,, got about 7 or 8 porgies close to home in mill basin area stay well
waiting for the new wave of fluke to come back in
saw another turtle surface today near canarsie
