I got a few more today, think I have 9 tickets...... every time I ask for them they give me half of what i asked for.

How the heck I ended up with 9 tickets is beyond me.

The money was right since she gives me a printout with every purchase but I think when I ask for 4 tickets, she give me 4 dollars worth , which is two tickets, so then at one point I asked for one more and ended up with an odd amount.

I’d play with about $15 mil and then pull 1% of interest each year. Let the rest build into a really ridiculous amount of money.

63% is only the max 37% federal withholding because obviously you'd be in the highest bracket. You'd owe NYS another $39m (8.8% max bracket) and don't forget Yonkers resident of about $7m.
