I believe it was in a shallow area and bunch of boats were circling it.
Not sure if it freaked out because of that and tossed the boat. but heard it ended up dieing.

It is a Federal Crime under the Marine Mammal Protection Act to be harassing whales. This incident with those idiots in the Trophy Bayliner should be investigated, and if need be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Violators of the MMPA can face civil penalties, criminal fines and imprisonment, and forfeiture of involved vessels.
