My buddy and I are fair weather and daytime fishermen but twice in a row on our open south shore beach not a fish. Saturday did see dozens of boats about three miles out, but only a couple of schoolies for a couple of guys who left the beach as we arrived at top of the tide. Today the east to west sweep wouldn't allow my lures to stay in decent water for more than a few turns of the crank. Gorgeous morning on the beach regardless.
