LI Sound water temps are 50 degrees mid sound. Traditionally, they slow to a stop at about 45 degrees. The last two trips produced all short fish. I fished wrecks in 40, 60, 80 and 100' of water with similar results. Just like the bass this time of year keepers seem to be at a premium. I have attached a side scan photo of a wreck I located today by side scan. Very detailed view. I will give it a shot next time out. For those of you interested in the dynamics of depth recorders and side scan, I have attached (I hope I did it right) 2 PDF files. The first deals with downscale sonar and the second with side scan. both have illustrations. Any questions, let me know.
