Warning points?

What is this - I went to edit a personal attack and all I could do was assign warning points with an expiration date?
Anybody have a clue?

You can also send a Pm with a reason thru there as to why they are being warned As far as the points I havent really set that up yet Basically a certain amount of warning points in a certain time you loose privaleges
