Hello All,
I hope you're all doing well in these turbulent times!
We have set up a test site that has our new design skin which will launch in a few weeks. It is password protected but please feel free to check it out.

Our Tides and Forecast features will be operable soon and built into the forum system. And then we will introduce a series of how-to articles. We're having issues with the buoys as many of them are down, so we will wait on that.
We really had momentum until another Google Core Update which hurt our SEO. But that's all coming back now. It's like playing whack a mole. Every time we make Google happy they change their algorithms.
Thanks again for all of your help here, I couldn't do it without you folks.
Now I'm headed down to my boat to swap out my prop. I made the mistake of letting someone run my boat in the other day and in a VERY high tide he managed to bury the prop into a small rock pile. We were about 30-yards from my slip! We finally have fish around other than porgies and I'm praying the shaft isn't bent.
Thanks again all and check out the new look. We still have to update the homepage but we're getting there.

George, a little OT, but I keep meaning to ask about this. I do have a modest proposal of no great consequence.
I'd love for the Geek to change how the "Search" function returns results when looking for something in a thread's title. For example if I'm trying to get to the "Good Morning" thread and search on "Morning" looking at "Search Titles Only" and get a long list with the "Good Morning" thread being the last one on the list, as it's the OLDEST thread with the word "Morning" in its title.
Instead of getting the search results sorted by the date of thread creation, with newest first, I feel it would be better for the data to be parsed by the last time a post was made to that thread, with the most recent on top.
Just a suggestion, nothing critical. None of this would impact the rotational velocity of the planet's spin...

Good, because Snoozeday seems to have finally gotten the tide tables correct. I have also noticed when doing a search for one of Lep's posted tips that it seemed to take a little longer to find it.
