Right, the water is in regards to #2.

Prop 1 is in regards to term limits. I will vote no on the extension of term limits since if they are afraid of re-elections every few years they must be doing a terrible job and need to go find another.

Sort of like those Internet questionairres that asks all those questions to determine your "spirit animal" or whatever, you're giving away way too much personal information. I realized that when one asked what was my 1st concert was, that is a common security question for online access.

Haven't filled one out since.

[*Mercedes-Benz*]('https://www.autoblog.com/mercedes_benz/')* says the owners of nearly 300,000 of its SUVs [should park them until further notice]('https://media.mbusa.com/releases/mercedes-benz-usa-announces-voluntary-stop-drive-recall-campaign-for-certain-model-year-2006-2012-ml-gl-and-r-class-vehicles') due to a potential problem that can result in loss of [braking]('https://www.autoblog.com/tag/brakes/') power. [NHTSA]('https://www.autoblog.com/tag/nhtsa/') has issued a **[I]"do not drive"*** notice for the 2006-2012 [ML-Class]('https://www.autoblog.com/mercedes_benz/m_class/'), [GL-Class]('https://www.autoblog.com/mercedes_benz/gl_class/') and [R-Class]('https://www.autoblog.com/mercedes_benz/r_class/') vehicles until their brake boosters can be inspected.

According to [Mercedes]('https://www.autoblog.com/mercedes_benz/'), these SUVs shipped with brake boosters that may become corroded after prolonged exposure to moisture. If corrosion occurs, the structure of internal components of the brake booster can crack, allowing air into the baking system and reducing braking effectiveness. If enough physical stress is placed on the booster hardware, it can experience a catastrophic failure that will lead to a complete loss of braking power.

"In rare cases of very severe corrosion, it might be possible that a strong or hard braking application may cause mechanical damage in the brake booster, whereby the connection between the brake pedal and [brake system]('https://www.autoblog.com/tag/brakes/') may fail," Mercedes said in its notice. "In such a very rare case, it would not be possible to decelerate the vehicle via the brake pedal. Thus, the risk of a crash or injury would be increased. The function of the foot-activated parking brake is not affected by this issue."[/I]

Well thank goodness the parking brake works............
