the day before the fustercluck I went to Calverton national cemetery to pay my respects to 3 people. One was my fishing mentor and partner for over 30 years. Never knew he made SGT or got two medals, we didn't talk about the war. He did say he could never take a walk in the woods again after coming home. He died in 2019
