Quality Keeper Fluke in the Skinny 7/12,7/14 and 7/19.

Had some a group who fished the smithpoint bait and tackle fluke contest on 7/12. Moved all over and out together a catch of some nice keeper fluke. Only one was weigh worthy just around 5lbs.
We placed 5th. Which isn’t too bad, although it was disappointing as the previous trips were yielding atleast a 1-2 fish from 6-7 + lbs.

A group of four from last year took a ride with us and keepers were at a premium I’m. Ton of short life at each location and a few keepers. Lost a few 💔 near the surface. It happens!




7/19

Rob and crew had 8 beautiful keepers culled from many, many shorts. Keepers were 20-22 inches all in the bay.

Poked outside and it was beautiful conditions, found some fluke to 18 inches and some plump seabass to top off the catch.
