Tried them, didn’t help me much. I use saline nasal spray at night and in the AM. Seems to help.

Been using spry but it seems to drying me out rel bad getting nose bleeds

Opposite result re nose bleeds. Also, Humidifiers work wonders for me. Pain in the ass to clean but IMHO worth the hassle.
