i seemed to remember that with the advent of the pandemic, all real estate tanked in NYC, but has come back with a vengeance. Hope all of you NYC residents got to renegotiate leases, mortgages, or sales in that sweet spot...

hedge funds and Private Equity like Blackstone have bought many vacancies, which is driving up the price....they are flipping to themselves. They're doing this across the country on condos and multi-family housing. Single housing as well.

They are the biggest landlord in the country now.

Outside of that. NYC is total crime ridden disgusting dump.

DeBlasio and Cuomo should lose their pensions for the condition they left a once great city in.
