I remember as a kid the smoking/ non smoking in burger King with the little aluminum ashtrays.

Both my parents did while I was growing up. Of course I tried it, just never hooked onto it. I'll have the occasional cigar though.

July 22, 1986 was the last cigarette. I celebrate that date every year. Now I can't stand the smell of smoke but still have nightmares that I'm back to smoking and have to try to quit all over again.

Got off the damn things 6 years this coming Thanksgiving. Took me many tries but always fell back into it. GLad it's all behind me now.

Pack & a half to two packs a day for nearly 50 years.
