Jones Beach Air show

consider this my PSA for the day. Unless you have a true ocean going boat that will not roll in the swells, hit the beach. Anchoring anywhere in the bay simply does not cut it as all the low flying aerials, the sea rescue, even the opening Golden Knights are unseen unless you are in the ocean anchorage area or on the beach. We did the boat in Zachs thing and except for finding a Penn rod missing a single guide, would never waste our time like that again. Blue Angels start their show at 2:15. I watched part of a practice from my Matzohpizza deck yesterday and with the fog (now) and clouds later, not sure if they will have another (and usually scheduled practice) today, Friday.
