Wow what a shame, Al is really good people. I’m hearing it was confined to one of the back buildings where the solid glass stringers are made. My boat was there just a few weeks ago to fix some self inflicted gel coat damage……John

I agree John.
Al is a GOOD guy!
Back in the early 80's he was renting a house close by to where I grew up in Center Moriches.
My dad was so impressed with him and to help a local guy starting out, he bought one the first 19' center consoles that Al made. That boat eventually became mine and I sold it in 2003 to a local bayman in westhampton when I bought my current boat.

I hope is doesn't set Al back too badly.....

I went to school with Alan,great guy,he started out making hot tubs and one day got the brainstorm to build a boat,the rest is history,pretty amazing when u think about and look at what he has accomplished,I’m certain he’ll back up in no time..
