I just reached another "Old Fart Milestone", that being the need for therapeutic insoles in EVERY item of footwear, including my slippers!! Can't even walk around the house barefoot for a few hours without resorting to grabbing some supportive footware because of an old "War Wound" where my foot got run over as a teen...

OY, it sucks getting old!!!

it’s terrible getting old, this Florida condo management needed to get my fingerprints for access to multiple areas, sadly my fingerprints are worn out and management issued a digital FOB which is more of a hassle, but not so bad wen getting my reading +1.5 glasses on… ??

By my late 30s I could no longer just "gut it out" and pass the Army PFT. Had always maxed the pushups and situps but running- oy ! Started to have to run a few times a week. (Gotta remember, artillery guys don't run. We either get choppered or driven, so all that "on the left, sick call !" shit was for the infantry. Anyway, either by using lousy sneakers or bad technique, I ended up with bone spurs and plantar fasciitis in both feet. Had to use my dresser drawer pulls in the morning to "get started." Fortunately, a good podiatrist shot me with cortisone, gave sonic treatments and had me bring in all my shoes ! All my leather soled and leather Oxford styles were chucked or donated. Sneakers had to be running style, no more basketball, track or even cross training types. Shoes had to be identified as "walking shoes" which didn't look so good with suits but oh well. Then after he gave me a couple of handmade orthotics he said try the DrScholl inserts at Walmart even though he admitted they get kickbacks on prescription ones. Since the early 1990s, all my boots and shoes have inserts. Walmart has a machine that identifies which orthotic you need to get.

Yep, podiatrists aren't fond of them for the obvious reason.
Here is the Dr, Scholls kiosk locator

Don’t be in any rush to go anywhere Cellie, this world is a better place because you’re in it. There is a real shortage of good men lately and you’re one of them. I don’t have the answers to the first two questions but I’m a believer so I don’t question faith. The last one is because Cany shadow banned him like they did on twitter.
As far as anxiety listen to dr jackprint, a few minutes of morning breath work and simple meditation does wonders for calming the mind, breath in calmness and breath out kindness. It will definitely help and most people shallow breath and don’t fully exhale, not good for the head. Get some sun for me ?

WAY overpriced and they don't last AT ALL, at least for me!! I'm lucky to get over 12 wearings out of them before the heel is worn out and they become "blessed", holey...
