One thing I never understood is that in the early days of EV's they rode on the skinniest tires with fully covered rims, to lower rolling and wind resistance and improve battery range. Now I guess the batteries have improved enough to put fat slicks on EV's - which doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
Since they don't have gas taxes to fix the roads these behemoths will certainly crater, how are they going to screw us over now to pay for the road repairs?
