Pickleball Anyone?

The Admiral's BFF is an avid player and talked her into drinking the Kool Aid. Of course, I was also dragged into the fray. All I can say is that a few Old Farts high as a kite must have sat down one day and thought up a set of rules that were really funny.

But here's something even funnier, the USA Pickleball Association has published some interesting statistics and a sorting system that's even funnier and inane than the rules, I qualify as a "Serious Pickleball Player", as I've played 8 times already since January, WTF???? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

[COLOR=#000000]I don't mean to insult anyone out there who's a true devotee of this sport, I just find it incredibly amusing that 8 outings makes someone a "serious player", and even with the boat in the water I will be able to maintain this "honor". FWIW, the "best" part of pickleball IMO is the fact that it's taking over tennis courts and clubs, pissing off the tennis community. Pissing off snooty tennis players can't be all bad, can it??[/COLOR]
