Weekend Plans??

Well, closing shop tomorrow at 2. Let folks get out and enjoy the long weekend. As always, I’ll follow later around 3.

Battling a weird shoulder injury from last week. Trouble getting my elbow away from my body without a sharp pain in my shoulder. Rotator cuff?? Lots of Motrin, ice, and stretching have made it better but not enough to fish. At least the knee is better. Plus my son will be around and want to spend time with him. And add to that, additional family around for the long weekend. So that seems to be about it. Any changes, I’ll amend the previous portions of the post.

Im convinced mine is from years of abuse and 1 day last year felt it rip. Been dealing with it and last week was unloading trailer of wood and since I couldn’t use shoulder right I F’D my elbow up up. ?‍♂️

So the physical therapist has used a "stim" machine whic pulses electric current into the muscle to fire it up. At least on the knee. So now the shoulder acts up, and I find my late father's stim machine. Thinking maybe good for the shoulder. Being warned maybe too close to the heart. What to do?? LOL

Friday- Should be bringing the little guy home. Had to stay one extra night.

Saturday- Last tournament of the season at Hagerman FD.

Sunday- relaxing at home, I'm sure some family will be visiting. Have to make some food for BBQ on Monday I'm going too

The BBQ is next door, which all 3 of us will be attending.

This afternoon- mow the lawn and continue staining the siding
Sat- staining
Sun - probably more staining
Monday- chill
