Got an Office

So, iI've been working from home since 2018. Left the city and started my own business out of the house. Its prospered slowly and I'm in a good place. Have some 1099 contractors that I plug and play when needed.

I've been eyeing an office in Centerport NY, at the Mill Dam Bridge. The location has a lot of sentimental value for me; My dad was a draftsman with the Town of Huntington and did the redesign in 1980 on the bridge; I went to and still go to the church on the other side, I used to ride my bike down there as a kid, pail and fishing pole on each handle bar...then would stop at the "Building", Rudy's Market, and for $4;50 get a Roast Beef Sandwich with all the goodies and a monster Pickel for lunch. The good old days.

Time slips away and Mr. Rudy sold the building. 40 Years later, its a co-working space at the bridge. Its, now home to the " Eagles of Centerport". They have a FB page you can check out. The Bald Eagles that is and the paparazzi are there every day, zoom lenses and all.

So I met the owner, a nice Italian man, who is a local. He talked to me about Vibes, have to have good Vibes there. It a good vibe place.

I have the smallest private office, (it was the last office available) about 6 x10. It's all good. Took Bear there last night, he gave me the blessing :) . He loved the outdoor deck, where I can work outside. Stand up desk for the office (I like to stand) chair, and my fishing pole coming tomorrow.

Full circle; I fished there and had sandwiches there in 1980's....2023 I have an office there...I'm blessed. Next step, I'm buying the building... 2-5 year plan.
