Called UPS after getting through the automated system got to speak with a live person, & I would have gotten more information if I asked a homeless person living under a bridge

Update: New delivery date is today 4/8 & it has been delayed, after a few calls, an agent says give it today anyway then file a lost package claim. Then I get an E Mail from UPS that the package has experienced a "sortation" delay & is in route from the sorting facility in Bayonne N.J. to the correct sorting facility in Bound Brook N.J. & a new delivery date will be provided soon.

$6.00 to send my VS spool to west islip., insured automatically for $100… delivery in two days… cell…

My UPS guy is assigned to our location and he is great.
Wife will give him a Christmas in July gift this year.
