since Im here in South Florida, Fresh North East Cold Water Clams are a hard find... Im looking to make Spaghetti and Clams for a group on Sunday, but I see Canned Clams maybe my only option.. I'm concerned the canned clams will have a too salty , tinny flavor, cheap flavor... anyone wanna fill in, whats the best brand of canned chopped clams... thanks. CELLFISH...

You can't find any hard shells down there? Way back when, like 30 years ago, they were available in some fish stores on the Gulf side.
If you have to buy canned, looked for some that are a long ways away from their "Best By..." date. They won't be so tinny. They are usually surf clams, AKA Skimmer Clams, Hen Clams (ME name), and you usually only get the strips. You may be better off looking for cans of whole Manilla Clams, which may be labeled as Vongole, and if you're lucky, you'll get the real deal from Italy.

NO canned clams ever
If you can’t dig your own or buy some from a reputable market, make something else
If someone served me a meal made from canned clams without telling me up front I’d be Pissed
Chinacat the fresh market down here 🌴 has hard fresh clams ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,[COLOR=rgb(26, 188, 156)]><)))):>

NO but if TSA would allow me to maybe I would 😎
Id have a steak or whatever the local specialty is.
Good luck in your endeavor
Its nice you want to give someone a nice meal but why not shift gears and make and serve them something that you can get local and fresh down there??
Stone crabs, rock shrimp, grouper etc??

Amen to that!!! Or make red sauce which isn’t as dependent on that fresh taste. Hell, Cellie could make red crab sauce. They’ve got blue claws down there.
