Question. Do charter/party boat follow the "Vessel-based anglers: 10.5", 30 fish" limit from May 1 to August 31, and then Sept 1 go for 40 10.5" until Oct 31, going back to 30, 10.5" fish until Dec 31

OR

Is the Charter/Party Boat Scup season only from Sept 1 to Oct 31? That will go over like a Fart in Church...
