I'll second the accusharp.

If your using a Dexter, use oil and a stone from time to time to keep the edge from rusting.

Do you live in L.I. by any chance? I wouldn’t mind getting a tutorial on using the stone correctly. I need to figure out how to properly sharpen my knives and keep an edge. I have Dexters ,a Bubba ,and various sharpeners, but I have never used a stone or oil.

I have the chefs choice for 20 years now,works great.

Hard to beat the Aacu-sharp when you need a quick re sharpen during cutting.,,
