It is just that. The ships that have caused ALL the deaths in the Gulf of Maine are exempt. How long will it take to get to the canyons at 10 KTS. ? I would say the whole thing is a joke but i know there are a lot more people on there side that will reply in favor of it. We as fishermen, Sportsmen, Sailors are just to complacent to leave our comments. Time to hang it up i guess. Sickening.
