Ship was 18nm away when they got into their raft. USCG had a hard time making out the name. They were calling it Night Night, Nightmare, and some other versions.

“The gentlemen on the F/V Night Nurse are really good friends of ours, hard working great fishermen. They just completed months and months of hard work overhauling their Canadian built Novi boat. After months of waiting the boat was finally ready to make its first trip down to the edge for some pelagic fishing. The men were so excited, loaded the boat up with all their gear and headed out. It was great to see them out there and to have some good fishing upon us. With the boat full of fish they began their steam home, however, on their way in there was some unexpected events. The boat began taking on water and the men immediately tried to combat the situation. However, it was at a rate of speed they could not keep up with. When reality set in, they took the proper safety precautions and suited up and gathered their imperative belongs. They jumped in the water and got into their raft and had to watch all their hard work slowly disappear to the depths of the ocean. A few of us have set up this page in order to help these good men get back to where they were. We all look out for each other out there and always make sure everyone is okay.
