Wish I was posting a striper report, but recent shoulder surgery has me doing nothing but light freshwater with the son. He had been trying catch his first bass of 202. He must have dropped at least 8 fish before getting a solid hook set on this one. Fishing has been good, all bass were caught and released before this weekends closer. You can't real a perch or sunny without losing it to bass or pickeral on the way. In son caught this chunk trying to reel in a 7" perch, the smile says everything

Great memories for you and your son.It is like a 45 acre bucket of fish. As a teen got kicked out so many times it was like the freshwater forbidden land of long island, When I got the chance to purchase a home in the community and be legit I couldn't pass it up. Love my salt as I got older but allows a freshwater guy at heart
