Crossbows whenever, the overly rigid-minded bowhunters are going to love that, NOT. Lowering the age to 12 is fine. I still can't believe NY does not require adults to wear orange. No impact on me anyway. The last few years I have just been hunting on a nuisance permit wherein its shotgun only. (Can't have Bambi running off to bleed out somewhere.)
