Starboard for swim ladder replacement

Last week while climbing back in the boat after clamming I noticed the platform of the swim ladder is cracked and in bad shape.
I've been looking on line and can't seem to find a replacement of just the deck itself. I only see the whole kit with ss rails, mounting hardware etc. All hardware and mounting brackets are fine and I don't want to make it into ore of a project than I need to. Does anybody know of any lace on LI that can can custom make me what I need if being the old one in as a template? I'm thinking by time I buy a piece of material and start cutting it, routering, etc. it will be easier to just have it made for me...
