Going to switch to the dark side this season, burn some serious gas looking for offshore haddock spots and use bait instead of artificials... What size hook for the smaller, run of the mill haddock, 1/0 or 2/0. I'm going to make sure to put them on a swivel so they won't tear them out by corkscrewing around on the way up...

Well as long as you know you'll burn some fuel try North side of Jefferies. I'll give you the numbers if i haven't already. I use /05 or 6/0 Gammies Tolkar or Mu Tu's. Double drop rig.

Oh and i know a spot out at Cashes if you really want to burn some gas. ๐Ÿ˜›
